2008-2009 Chinese School Year starts on Sept. 7th, 2008. The School will stay at the same building as last year. The details on the new school year will be posted once they are decided.

Dear Parents,
Our school will celebrate Chinese New Year in many occasions and will be very busy in next couple of weeks. Thank you in advance for your help and cooperation! First, there will be NO school next Sunday (Feb 3rd), we will have a break to observe our biggest Chinese festival! Second, CSU party will be on next Saturday (Feb 2nd). All little performers and parents (one parent free admission to help his/her kid) need to arrive in CSU Lori Student Center early in that afternoon. Qi Se Guang, Gao Shan Wu shall arrive at 3pm. Yi Zu Wu should arrive at 3:45pm at the latest. Dinner are provided for all kids, parents helpers and Volunteers. Third, Qi Se Guang, Gao Shan Wu and Yi Zu Wu will perform on the CU party on next Sunday(Feb 3rd). Please try to drive your kids as much as you can. If you really can not make it, please arrange the carpool in advance. Any parents who offer carpool will be covered for Gas expense. All parents who go will have free dinner. you can bring your receipts for reimbursement. We will meet at Chinese School by 3:30pm on Sunday afternoon and leave for Boulder.

2008 Chinese New Year Party held by CAACPA and Huaxing Chinese School.
Who: You, your family and friends you invited.
When: 2/10/2008 (Sunday), 5:00 pm – 9:00 pm
Where: Meadowlark Church at 2810 Meadowlark Ave., Fort Collins, CO 80526
Why: Celebrating the Chinese Lunar New Year of Mouse.
What: Potluck dinner, share your favorite dishes with our friends.
CAACPA and Chinese school will support fruits, drinks, utensils (cups,
dishes, spoon, forks, and napkins), etc.
Chinese games, CCTV Spring Festival Evening Show , Karaoke,
dance, performance by dance classes…. and so on.

简笔画和水墨画画画班03/18开课.时间是简笔画(13:00 和14:10),水墨画(15:20 和 16:30).点击这里去登记上课. 同时请家长准备相应的学习用具. (HOBBY-LOBBY可以买到)
简笔画班: 1.A4白纸 2.记号笔{黑色}一支 3.油画棒{24色}一盒 (老师推荐 真彩牌 生产商:上海真彩文具有限公司)
水墨画班: 1.宣纸{生宣} 2.毛笔{1支稍大,1支稍小} 3.水墨颜料12色一盒 4.废旧报纸{作画时垫在最下面,以防弄脏桌面} 5 .塑料小瓶3个{分别装浓墨,淡墨,和洗笔用} (老师推荐 最好用"一得阁"的香墨)
6. 调色板一个
老师要求的材料可能不容易一下备齐备好, 请家长们尽量能准备好用具. 03/18第一次开课,是试听课. 一共是10次课(3/18-5/20). 请付支票给中文学校.(9 * $5.00 = $45, 如果是中文学校的新生,再加$10注册费).
